Gegrillte Forelle



  1. Wash the scaled, gutted fi sh inside and out with water and dab dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Sprinkle the salt and pepper in the inside of each trout, inserting lemon slices along the inside with sprigs of thyme.
  3. Place the fi sh in either a BBQ fi sh holder or tin foil parcel.
  4. Set up your BBQ for direct cooking, close the lid and raise the temperature to 210°C.
  5. Cook the fi sh for 8 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve with new potatoes and salad.
