1Top and tail the pineapple, remove the skin and cut length ways into eights. Remove the hard core and cut the soft flesh into 2cm chunk.
2Halve the bacon rashers and wrap each chunk of pineapple with a piece of bacon.
3Cut the tops off the peppers and cube the cheddar cheese into 2cm chunks.
4Stuff each pepper with a chunk of cheddar cheese.
5Make up kebabs using all ingredients.
6Set up your BBQ for direct cooking, preheating the BBQ to 150°C and cooking for 10 minutes on each side.
