How do I clean my smoker?

The cooking racks can be scrubbed with soap and water, but you do not want to scour the smoker because you will remove the seasoning that has been acquired with the use of the unit. You can take a putty knife or tool to scrape the piled up drippings and other debris out of the unit. Please be sure not to use any harsh cleaners on your unit.

Can I drill a hole for drainage in my fire pit?

There is no reason why a drain hole couldn’t
be used, but it will void any warranty because the product is being modified. But we recommend that the fire pits are put away out of the weather so they don’t get water in them. Besides, if they do fill with water and it is on your deck, a drain hole will dump water and ashes all over your deck. Another option is to purchase a cover. We have custom covers to fit most of our fire pits.
