Landmann,USA will provide replacement parts free of charge for the following reasons when the following is known within 90 days of the original purchase date (proof of purchase required):  (I) missing parts; (ii) defective parts; (iii) wrong part shipped with product; (iv) Paint is guaranteed to be free of defect for 90 days from the date of purchase except for rust, which may appear after repeated use.  This is a courtesy warranty and is valid 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase.
